The location was great. Close to a retail park and buses run every 10 minutes or so if you wanted to travel to Oxford for the day. On arrival the receptionists were polite and welcoming. The foyer area as you walk in is modern, spacious and really clean. We booked a family room for a long weekend. It was reasonably priced and again very clean. During our stay we used the dining area. We were shown to a table and didn’t have to wait long for service. The waitress Molly was very polite and professional and couldn’t do enough for our family. The evening meal food was delicious and hot, which is important. The following morning, breakfast had a wide variety of food choices and again was excellent!! Overall one of the best restaurants I’ve ate in during a stay in a hotel. I would definitely recommend staying there. We are returning to Abingdon again next year and will definitely be booking to stay here again.

We were travelling for a dog show. Upon arrival our dog was given a treat and a ball with lots of fuss made. We were informed of areas we could sit and eat or drink with our dog too which was great. The room was clean and tidy and every detail thought of including water bowl and a dog bed ( although a little small for our boxer 🤣). The restaurant food there was outstanding and would definitely recommend the pulled pork burger. We stayed and had a drink in the bar area relaxing for the evening. In the morning breakfast was nice and had all that you come to expect of a buffet breakfast. I did see another customer request poached eggs which was happily served to him by staff. All staff were polite and welcoming. Would definitely use again and look at booking more hotels in this chain.

Breakfast was really good and the option to pay on the morning worked well for us. The serving staff Camy and Luiza were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and the additional fold out bed was easy to use and comfortable Also the art on the walls was great as it was pretty much all relating to Abingdons recent and not so recent history. Having grown up in Abingdon it was an excellent touch and the art was varied and unique. Have you considered promoting this to the residents of Abingdon as I am not sure that they are aware however it would be of interest and could help to get more hires from local businesses

The Room was of a decent size to accommodate Family and dog. It was clean and well presented. The staff at reception was particularly helpful when granting me storing my high value bicycle in the room (against a guarantee deposit of course), ensuring I was in the best conditions possible for my race next day. Staff was welcoming and helpful and overall hotel presented very well for the price point. Location wise, the hotel is right outside Tesco, which is very convenient, as well as a few yards away from the A34 making it easy to travel from/to.

Very friendly staff, facilities were good, restaurant was good but menu choice could have been better, all in all a comfortable stay, one issue I have is paying for car parking, I guess most hotels charge nowadays but it is just another case of guest’s getting ripped off especially when I am a member of Hilton Honours which should be free but because I booked through a third party (reception’s words), I had to pay £10 a night, again why should we get ripped off for parking on hotel property.
